as i lay in my bed

since i have some health problems (nothing too serious, thank God!), now I have the time to read my magazines, books other than architecture and design, sleep some more and just lay in bed, doing nothing...and in between me sleeping and reading, a feeling of nostalgia got me and I started looking over some old photography...and here I am now, planning my next trip, which won't happen until June, but still, I like to have my list of places I haven't been until now:)...

my favorite ring as for right now! love it! big statement ring, found it on a tiny shop downtown old city of Bucharest. Fits well, it is adjustable, and I like that it has its weight and you can feel it on the finger.

I have worked to exhaustion and I can tell you it won't do your health any good...so I decided tonight to take a break and relax...with my thoughts going somewhere far, somewhere warm and sunny, I realized that, sadly, I have never been to Santorini, Greece (not quite that far!!). It must one of the places I would like to go the most, and yet never managed to get there, and it's not even so far away from Romania. With that being said tho, I am seriously planning in visiting it sometime soon! Such beauty cannot be missed!:) But until then , I will just relax by looking at the pictures and imaging myself there:)

i've never been afraid of the heighest heights

Rococo style has something special to it. Maybe it is the opulence, the amount of details that seem to overload the room or the design. But somehow, through all this, it reflect comfort and enjoyment, of the rich ones, that is true! It is a combination of fantasy with exotic colors and motifs. Pretty amazing! Never stops to amaze me every time I look at it!

p.s. That plasma TV in the 3rd picture seems awfully out of place :))

Giorgio Armani's Swiss home - just like his clothes, elegant, distinctive, and quite minimal in a very elaborate way...i love it!!!!!... just that at parts, it looks like a hotel a bit..it does fit to the location and, of course, his incredible style!!!!! amazingly elegant!!! i don't know how he does it - to create all that elegance for years and years...breath-taking!

P.S. The polar bear looks like the bear from the Coca-Cola commercials, doesn't it?

16 degrees! you have no idea how long i have been waiting for this weather! beautiful spring day!!!!!!!!
