on a christmas night i wanted to present you the men of my generation:)) these are the days when i forget about everything and just be with my family, friends and watch tons of romantic movies...can you blame me?! :))) so, i decided to put down a list called "Men of my generation":)) have I gone crazy?:)))

first real snow

tonight it was the first time when it really snowed in Bucharest, and, looking from the inside, it looked beautiful, but outside it was so cold...so getting back in my apartment, i opened my fashiolista account to check out sweaters...and i found these in my lists...i seem to be making quite an obsession with sweaters. every time i end up in a shop, i find myself straight at the sweaters section. but with this cold, i couldn't see myself wearing anything else...plus, i am really not the type who would rather be cold and wear certain clothes. i like to feel warm and cozy...my body never got along with the cold:)

oh well...this next post is nothing related to fashion, but I had to share it with you guys...my new toothbrush:) ... i just received it today and i found myself so excited about it that i even impressed myself about it:)))... this toothbrush is the most technologically advanced, state-of-the-art power toothbrush on the market, and it is the first one that comes with a wireless display. it comes with an instruction manual, can you believe it? ...now it is mine!!!...so much in a toothbrush...crazy right???

I like...

I believe that each and one of of us have our products that we just love, fit our skin type and look good when putting them on...this time I am talking about foundation and concealer, the basics...I have tried different brands and types, but I seemed to fit best with DiorSkin. I might drive you crazy with my love for McQueen, but i can't stop it! I don't know how many of you watched the ESPY Awards this year, but it was quite interesting, not just the event itself, as the athletes' and actors' styling choices. My favorite, Maria Sharapova Alexander McQueen outfit. Love it!

hmmm..yes...another pair of shoes:P...this is my sunday's acquisition...very comfy new Zara shoes...decided to wear more high heels during the day so I went for a comfortable, medium height heel...I loved the camel color, the open toe, and the great fit...:)

Christopher Bailey's pre-fall collection has something soft and romantic to it. as a hopeless romantic, i love this entire collection. i love the colors, the thirties shape of the clothes, not even talking about the jackets and coats...oh, and i absolutely love the cute animal sweaters!...and high heels....oh well, i guess i do love everything:)

New shoes!....i have to admit these are the highest i have, and with them on, oh well, let's just say i become quite tall :))...but who cares? i love them and they are extremely comfy!!!!!!

For those of you who follow me on Fashiolista or had few minutes to go over my blog, know my passion for Alexander McQueen. For those who are reading the first time my blog, thank you for doing that and, yes, I love McQueen:)
But I am not here to tell you how much I love this brand, but to celebrate Sarah Burton!
I just read UK Vogue's article on her amazing taking over the McQueen house, and I have to admit I had tears in my eyes and goose bumps during the entire reading of the article. This might sound crazy to some of you, but I do that. I am the kind of person that is very sensitive to these kind of things. I love reading about great people, about their successes, and the way they handle things. It is inspiring!! and Sarah Burton has become my inspiration.

i finally bought the Jimmy Choo perfume. I have been looking for it when it first appeared but always missed it in stores. So here i was, yesterday, buying this Zara sweater you see in the first picture and i decided to go inside Sephora to see what's new and I found the perfume! I bought it right away:) so now, it's finally mine!:)
The fragrance is a modern Fruity Chypre with warm, rich, woody depths. I find it a very sexy perfume. you will for sure attract your guy with it...under the mistletoe. (since Christmas is getting closer)

Allow me tell you something about myself...i hate the cold! i only like the winter during the holidays, for 2 weeks and that's it! I love snow, don't get me wrong! i just hate being cold, feeling it deep to my bones. With that being said, strangely, I am in love with coats and jackets. So i keep on buying them. This one is next on my list. It will be my #13.

Meet my classmate, Diana.
During our class today, we had to go to the site and take the measurements for the house we are redecorating as one of our interior design class projects. Outside there were no more than 5 degrees Celsius!!!! but she managed to pull out this pretty bohemian look effortlessly, for 3h while we were standing outside in that very cold sunny autumn day! Cheers to that!:)

tennis&fashion

Since i can know myself and from what i've read about the years before i was born, tennis has been a fashionable sport. Due to the individual characteristic of the sport, the players have the freedom to chose their outfits. Throughout the years, tennis not only stayed as a selective sport, but it is now, more than ever, a target for the fashion world. So many of the top athletes are present at fashion shows, behind the scenes or in the front row. Brands like Rolex, Armani, Range Rover, Tag Heuer and so on chose these athletes as their images. Magaznies, like Vogue, Elle, C, Cosmopolitan chose these athletes for their covers. It is now an entire industry spinning around this sport.

I am extremely happy to be part of this world, to see that not only this is an amazing sport, but it is one that stands out. Not to sound too full of myself, but tennis is a beautiful sport. And I am focusing on this one because it is my sport, and i love it, and i couldn't see myself in another sport. I do enjoy other sports, like football(soccer), figure skating, basketball, but tennis is my heart and soul.

the athlete in me

i have been playing tennis since i can know myself, therefore, sports clothes are a huge part of my closet. i love them, i feel very good when wearing them. sports clothes are not just for those days when you don't feel like doing anything, or strictly for going to the gym. i use them to make a statement as well. yes, i am an athlete, therefore i have to wear them, but i do it with class, and i pay as much attention to what i am putting on as i am when dressing up.
 since stella mccartney created her line for adidas, i have been hooked on her clothes...not only they are sport related but fashionable, more so than other brands. the clothes have her signature.
